We were excited to be part of Microsoft Reactor in April 2023, where our CTOs Viren & Boney delivered a series of talks on Building resilient distributed applications in the cloud in the “Cloud Native: Microservices & API” track.

The first talk of the series, delivered by Viren, discussed the complexities of distributed monoliths and how they can be overcome by leveraging an eventing system with an orchestrator like Conductor.

Boney delivered the second talk on building the Orkes SaaS platform using Orkes Conductor. The talk covered various concepts, such as how Orkes Conductor orchestrated services spanning languages, frameworks & clouds, how it boosts your team’s velocity, and how it can be utilized to build a SaaS platform.

The final talk covered the strategies for building distributed, stateful, resilient applications in a hybrid cloud environment at scale using Conductor. It was an informative session from Viren that also delved into the Conductor architecture and its native error-handling capabilities.
