Universal Orchestrator

Governing AI agents, APIs and humans at scale
AI agents are moving from experiments into real business processes, across teams, vendors, and runtimes. The hard part is no longer “can the agent do it” but “can the enterprise coordinate it safely, compliantly, and repeatably.”
AI agents lose value if deployed in isolation; they must be anchored within explicit business processes that coordinate decisions, execution, and human oversight across applications.

What is a Universal Orchestrator (UO)

A universal orchestrator is a collection of capabilities that orchestrates and governs multivendor AI agents, bots, and human activities within a business process workflow, without tightly coupling existing tools or forcing platform consolidation.

Why UO Matters Now

As agent sprawl increases, enterprises risk building brittle “agent monoliths” if they hard code agent logic into apps and tools. A universal orchestrator helps decouple orchestration from execution so teams can evolve models, agents, and vendors without rearchitecting end to end processes.
