What's included in the cluster?
Orkes Select includes one production cluster and one development cluster, SSO and RBAC, audit logs, SOC 2 compliance, AI and Prompt Studio access, scheduled executions, webhooks, and full API and SDK support.
Is there a scale limit?
Yes, by design. Orkes Select clusters are sized for Startup, Midmarket, and smaller Enterprise workloads. They are not architected for high enterprise-scale throughput. If you need multi-cluster deployments, dedicated infrastructure, or custom SLA tiers, you'll outgrow Orkes Select quickly - and we'll move you to the right tier before that becomes a problem.
What support do I get with Orkes Select?
Orkes Select includes enterprise SLA-backed support and access to your Solutions Architect through onboarding. This is not community forums and GitHub issues.
Will there be any downtime during migration?
No. Orkes runs parallel to your existing setup during migration. You validate everything before cutting over. There is no forced downtime window.
What does the migration actually involve?
For most teams, migration means pointing your workers at a new Orkes endpoint, validating workflow execution, and decommissioning your self-managed cluster. Your Solutions Architect will scope the specifics on the first call. Most teams are live within a week.
What cloud providers do you support?
AWS, Azure, and GCP. Orkes Select is hosted and managed by Orkes on your cloud of choice.
What happens after the first year?
Orkes Select is a 12-month entry program. At renewal, your Technical Account Manager will review your actual usage and workload growth and recommend the right next step - whether that's renewing Orkes Select or moving to a full Orkes plan.
